What are your thoughts on chain restaurants? What chain restaurant does Whitefish need?
Usually they are not very good as most of the food is pre-fab and full of fat and sodium. There are exceptions..for burgers 5 guys does a pretty good job.
What is the most pressing issue or dilemma regarding the politics of food?
The legality of poison in the food in our country. Many modified foods and additives/preservatives that are banned in Mexico, Europe and elsewhere are “fine” in the U.S. due to $$$ and politics. We need to read labels and eat smart. Most people don’t.
